James Cagney is just perfect to be a bad guy, especially Cody Jarrett! He's totally got the face for it! Like Danny Trejo nowadays! Lot to like in this flick! I LOVED the car phones - nice big ol' handsets! And I enjoyed that I was able to recognize the Tahoe-Sierra setting right when the movie started! Good action film, good gangster film, just good all around! Good ending too - Cagney could haven been one hell of a Joker! "Made it, Ma! Top of the world!" Ah, the love of a boy and his ma!
