Review of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (2016) by Todd M — 05 Mar 2016

Saw "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" last night. It was very good, but I was especially impressed at how good of an actress Tina Fey has become. She's long been a brilliant comedic writer and actor but her dramatic turns in this film were great. Billy Bob Thornton and Christoper Abbot, who played her Afghan "fixer", were excellent also.

Only two issues with the movie. The dialog was a bit hard to follow, could have been mixed better. And Alfred Molina was a bit too cartoonish, over-the-top compared to the other actors.
