Review of Whiplash (2014) by Robert R — 23 Aug 2015
Whiplash is a Powerful intense emotional film about passion obsession and doing a good job J.k Simmons gives and amazing performance as fletcher who is a terrifying intimidating and at times funny conductor not only did Simmons fit his role perfectly but he was very believable and was also able to bring depth to the character that you would not expect to see from the person he played. you are able to understand his motivation and why he does what he does. every scene he was in was not only entertaining but it keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Miles teller as Andrew was also impressive and their is differently something going for him. you feel pain for this guy and you just want to give him a hug. the music will be very hard to get out of your head when its over. the final scene of the film is amazing. and you will feel fixed to the screen you will be surprised on how epic the ending is.
Films like whiplash are the reason on why I love movies.
