Review of While We're Young (2015) by Vincent S — 03 Apr 2015
Disappointing and rather pointless film, about a documentary film-maker failing to finish a film. Aims to explore changes as we move from "youth" to middle age, but gets rather lost along the way.
Adam Driver is fun, but otherwise felt overlong and repetitive, which is not a good feature of a 94 minute long film. Compare and contrast with any middle period Woody Allen film, to see what is missing here - like funny one liners or decent music.
