Review of While We're Young (2015) by Chuck E — 17 Apr 2015
Director Noah Boaumbach makes a film about being very young, being very old and being in-between.
Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts are fine with just being married and having no kids yet when they bump into a 20-something couple they are comfortable with feeling like their old selves again.
No one's ever too old or too young to enjoy themselves.
There are perks to being 25 vice versa 44 yet both come with the ups and downs.
Sometimes age sneaks up on us when we least expect it as well.
The ending is quite adorable I'll say and immediately evokes the notion of being young one second then transitioning to an adult.
