Review of While We're Young (2015) by Duncan1964 — 28 Jun 2015
A middle aged couple, stuck in a rut, hook up with a younger trendier couple and start to worry that life may have passed them by. Baumbach writes and directs with the familiar feel of Woody Allen, but unfortunately he hasn't managed to write characters that are in any way relatable.
The world these characters inhabit seems so far removed from most peoples everyday life that it is hard to empathise, or more crucially, even care about their first world problems.
