Review of Where Hope Grows (2014) by Jason P — 18 May 2015
Where Hope Grows is remarkably real and inspirational film. It walks unashamedly through the characters transformation of a gritty life. my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how most of the journey seemed mostky natural with only a few disjointed moments.
I should hope to see some if the acting acknowledged next award season. some of the directorial cinematography choices seek to carry the audience into the characters shifting perspectives with relative success.
It's worth watching and learning from. thank you.
