Friday Night Lights this isn't! With a stilted performance from Jim Caviezel as duller-than-dishwater Coach Ladouceur, this movie features almost every sports-movie cliche you can imagine. (Somehow they left out the slow clap scene.
) Hard to believe how dull this movie was given such a terrific story to tell. It felt flat from start to finish, featured sports anachronisms from all the way back in 2004, with obvious product placement, noticeably bad music, and lots of production errors.
Sports enthusiasts will not enjoy this hackneyed waste of two hours.
