Review of What's Up, Doc? (1972) by Terra — 25 Jul 2008
Perfection of the slapsitck comedy. Elements of Bringing Up Baby (which was a waste of two hours), but more humorous, more intelligent and slightly more refined. Brilliant dialogue, idioms, some irony.
Very mild political elements for any time period, let alone the early 70's when everything was political. A great all around feel good laugh your ass off movie. And pay attention!!! Those suitcases move like racecars.
