What's Up, Doc? is a laugh out loud riot. It's so silly and kooky that you just have to love it. The characters are outrageous, the scenes are filmed in such a smooth and connected way, and many inside jokes come into play to make us feel like we're right in the middle of the action.
Bogdanovich's film is expertly crafted.
