Somewhat interesting character study, if lacking in the excitement department. Mostly worth seeing for Leonardo DiCaprio's phenomenal performance, which is truly deserving of every bit of praise it gets.
Uninterestingly filmed and with a plot that would be better suited to a novel (it is an adapation), performances still make the film worthwhile viewing.
