The movie that brings DiCaprio his first Oscar nomination at age 19. To tell the truth he shines with this breathtaking performance. The movie has a touching story and there is an unexpectedly attractive Juliette Lewis in it.
She should change her image. And Depp is great. All the cast performances are great for a story of suppressed feelings. They are watching numbly how life passes them by in cold blood. Depressing ain't it?
