Carrying on the proud mocumentry tradition of Christopher Guest, What We Do In The Shadows follows a trio of vampire roommates living in Wellington. Managing to balance humour with pathos and tapping into the vampire/werewolf craze without treading on completely overworked ground.
There is enough originality to keep the film interesting even with this tired topic.
