Excellent, splendid, thoughtful British comedy. Helpsto be an Anglophile, but not essential. Fans of David Tenant, Rosamund Pike and Billy Connolly will be most pleased. Might not work for a larger American audience, who will find the accents a bit thick and won't get the references to the enduring English-Scottish rivalry.
