Academy Award performances all around. What Maisie Knew is the modern day's Kramer vs. Kramer. Julianne Moore is amazing in this film, though you know it is her, she transforms into this character that you really are going to hate within the first 30-minutes. Onata Aprile is a star and is going to be a name we hear a lot in the future.
The directors (Scott McGehee , David Siegel) and writers deserve a ton of credit. This film could have become a mess, and they did a great job translating the story to the big screen.
