Review of What Maisie Knew (2013) by Tom M — 25 Aug 2013

A very intense divorce drama with a great cast. A tortured little girl is caught between two divorced parents and their new lovers. Two people who are so married to their careers that they never should have married or even considered having a child.

This film portrays the horrible results with an uncertain hope for a an outcome that arrises over the course of the fighting and forgetfulness. The scenery in New York is it's own lovingly portrayed but uncaring character as well.
