I actually did not expect to like this movie, however I do love many of Robert Zemeckis's films and I haven't gotten a chance to see this one yet. I was surprised. The idea is not original, I've seen a story told like this before, however, What Lies Beneath is a wonderfully crafted ghost story with some Hitchcock-inspired ideas.
