More like a horror movie rather than film noir in my opinion. Often I found some situations a bit unbelievable because Blanche would not react in a way people would under those circumstances like screaming for help and stuff like that.
Neverthrless. it's has the right atmosphere, the right actors and the seal of Robert Aldrich. I totally loved hating Jane.
