Ok so this movie is basically Jurassic Park before that movie/book ever got created. The difference is that Yul Brynner is a shit sight scarier than a T-Rex. Brynner makes this movie as the robot gunslinger gone haywire.
I guess it makes a change for the handsome male lead to get offed as well and for his scrawny nerdy sidekick to actually be the hero of the piece. Nice effects generally and the set design is most suitable.
Just avoid the crap follow up (Future World).
