Review of Westworld (1973) by Josh M — 27 Oct 2007
I'm not sure I can fit all my love for this movie in one review. Yul Brynner ought to be the villian in every movie since. Even if they had to hold up his deceased body and paint a grimace on his face.
Who can argue with the crazy long chase scene? The way Yul Brynner WALKS turns me on! I just can't get enough of this movie. oh oh! The slow motion scene where Richard Benjamin kicks open the door in his towel and shoots Brynner.
.. hot damn! And, of course, when BRynner says "Draw" AFTER Benjamin realizes he's a robot gone wrong. Just perfection. A masterpiece.
