140201: Though there are a few corny scenes, this is a good epic movie. It features a great cast of characters. My only complaint is in the length, the film being just a bit too long. A modern version of this film deserves to be done.
It would be interesting to see which current actresses and actors were chosen, as the cast is so large. I saw it in B&W but note, on Flixster, a strong warning against the coloured version.
