A kind of feel-good-comedy with a decent script and a pretty funny and raving Gene Heckman as a former president and unfortunately, Ray Ramano in the role as the little guy standing up against the big guy.
Romano is truley one of the worst actors ever to be found in filming history, and this movie is no exeption.
With another actor in romanos role in this movie it would easily been a 3-star-experience.
