"Welcome To Marwen" is one of the greatest films I have ever seen. I can't believe people hate it, because it's so good. I was trying not to cry since it started, but about halfway through, it finally broke me.

My eyes weren't dry from then until the end. Steve Carell is amazing. He gives one of the best performances I've seen in my life. My heart got so warm when the Image Movers credit showed up at the beginning, as they made The Polar Express, which is my favorite movie.

Speaking of, the effects are phenomenal in this. I knew there would be a "Back to the Future" reference, but I didn't expect the on-the-nose one in the film. I luffed it. There were a few other subtle ones, too.

Overall, it's fairly satisfying without being pandering and heartbreaking in the right moments. 10/10.
