9/3/16 Netflix DVD.
At the end of the film the documentarian asked Weiner "why did you let me film you?".
That is only one of the why questions this movie generates in the viewer. Why do what he did in the first place, why expose yourself to all the added scrutiny by running for mayor, why would his wife put herself through the process, why is he obsessed with all of the things he is obsessed with, and more. A fascinating look at a really flawed human being.
