Review of Weekend at Bernie's II (1993) by Dave M — 28 Sep 2007
This is nowhere near as good as the original, but still a genuinely pretty funny sequel, that's not as bad as people make it out to be. Bernie provides lots of good laughs with his silly dancing, and even though he is dead, he brought lots of life to this movie at times.
Andrew McCarthy is amazing once again, he is just as hilarious, had fantastic chemistry with Silverman, seemed to be enjoying himself, brought a lot of energy to the film, and was just perfect overall.
With there screw-ups and the VooDoo and it's a laugh all the way through.
