Is that all there is?

Ok it was cute. But when it came out, there was so much buzz at the box office, you'd think it was the Second Coming. I mean, I'd definitely jump at the chance to be IN the movie. Maybe it hasn't aged well in terms of style. Maybe it's that comedy tends to date itself. Or maybe it was the first Black comedy in a while, I dunno. For all I know the reviews in 89 weren't good, I can't remember, but it KILLED at the box office. Just not sure why, unless people really identified with the two lead actors. Actually Terry Kiser as Bernie was hysterical, and he always delvers good perfs..
