Review of We Need to Talk About Kevin (2011) by Schmoog L — 16 Jul 2012
The first few minutes are a little confusing, since this movie is told in a crazily non-linear format (past, present AND future all at once). But once you get into it, the film is a pretty mesmerizing psychological thriller about a mother and her strained relationship with her first-born son from infancy into his teen years.
A more reality-based - and kind of refreshing, as a result - take on the commonly-supernatural theme of sinister children and the evil they can be capable of.
