I have an fondness for this movie. Based on the play by Fassbinder, (and a good intro/compliment to Fassbinder's own style).

And a relatively early movie by Francois Ozon, an interesting director in his own right. Has the charm of low-budget movie in the hands of a superior artist.

Also: edgy and unapologetically kinky.
