Review of Warm Bodies (2013) by Morganne B — 28 Jan 2019
Warm Bodies tells the story of a post-apocalypse Romeo and Juliet that will having rooting for the zombies to find love. In an age where we are humanizing creatures that have traditionally been monsters and villains (vampires, werewolves, etc.
), this film will also having you falling for the zombies. It has a really fresh twist on the zombie genre that is the hope that zombies can be human again as well as the fear that zombies will lose all hope and become ï¿ 1/2boniesï¿ 1/2Â?.
The adaptation of this play to film allows the audience to not only to see the story of the two main characters, but he story of the world. One of the most compelling things about the movie is the group of zombies trying to become human again.
It shows the widespread effect that these two lovebirds have on the world.
