Review of WarGames: The Dead Code (2008) by Paladin Of Odin — 21 Feb 2009
That's an hour and a half of my life I'll never get back.
True fans of the '83 cult War Games will groan doubled-over in agony at the biblically bad scene-for-scene and line-for-line mimicry of the original movie.
But at least we got to see the WOPR, Joshua, and Stephen Falken's character again, so it gets a star for that. The main young characters are almost likable though, and the chess chick is super cute.
