Matthew Broderick is like a good foreign dish, you have no idea what it is, but you love it. He just has this quirky vibe. Played the geeky teen role greatly. The plot was pretty cool, and it had a good message: no one wins in a nuclear war.
I really got that 80's movie feeling from it, for better or for worse.
