Review of WarGames (1983) by Matt N — 07 Jan 2010
WarGames is a movie that nerds will savour more than any other audience. And I am included.
Matthew Broderick is one of my favourite stars of the 1980s, his ability to capture and perform to suit any genre an outstanding factor. The plot is simple and incredibly gripping when it starts off, going through the life of a teenager who stumbles across a system which enables full on war simulation.
From a gripping start to a middle filled with nerd jargon and a fitting end, this movie is exciting and a definite classic for all to see.
