Review of WarGames (1983) by Najd G — 15 Dec 2017
WarGames is an extremely dated movie in regards to the technology used in the film, but that doesn't take anything away from it's quality. This film is a masterpiece, blending drama, comedy, and some action perfectly, leading up to a very intense climax.
The naivety Matthew Broderick and Ally Sheedy portray is well matched against the naivety of Dabney Coleman and the generals at NORAD. The film also bears a very powerful message at the end, which we still need to consider in today's world.
