Review of Wargames (1962) by Poo B — 10 Feb 2012

I guess the only way to win the game is by not playing, and some variations on that.. and other references to this film have I heard since I saw it. Before I saw Wargames I hadn't ever heard of it, but it seems to be some kind of famous/cultlike movie in some circuits.

It?s good but it's based around computers, so it is slightly dated as you can guess. But funny and informative about the nuclear stuff, some really good supporting people. Broderick was a fun lead guy, he did a pretty good job, but at times the acting was bad, and his character is such a dick, but you still root for the asshole.
