Review of War Horse (2011) by Steve S — 04 Mar 2013

I was expecting this to be a real sob fest, as I really hate to see animals injured, but instead I found it moving and beautiful, as beautiful as those stunning creatures that are really mans best friend.

Needless to say, after watching some of the horrors in this movie (although toned down for us animal lovers), I am truly glad that horses are no longer ridden into war as it was truly such a waste. War Horse will not be to everyone's tastes, but I found it wonderful.
