The final instalment of the Planet of the Apes trilogy wraps up the series in epic fashion. This movie is not the action packed blockbuster many perhaps predicted; in fact, it is far more. War for the Planet of the Apes is a dark, powerful story, focussing on character development.
The films big punches don't come through it's explosions, but through its story and its beautiful cinematography to match.
