I don't see how everyone is so in love with this movie. The Smiegel type character they threw in for JarJar binks comedic relief was unnecessary & hurt the movie. Not to mention the continuity issues it created.
Very little time was spent on the villain (Woody) which was a wasted opportunity.
Heck, there wasn't even much of a "war" going on. Too much time spent on corny sentimental moments with the little girl.
I had high hopes for this movie. I enjoyed it's predecessors. But this installment was heavily flawed and was below par. Worst yet, it didn't have to be. A few tweaks here & there and this coulda been a classic.
