War for the Planet of the apes is an outstanding movie. I can't believe I missed out on the last two movies. I just thought it looked silly. Two and a half hours about apes wielding machine guns, sure it sounds funny but this movie can really make it feel serious.
I was lost in this movie by the great visuals. This helped make the movie feel real and more serious. I was lost from reality and brought into a world of apes. This movie is just amazing. This movie has a good plot, great special effects, and great acting.
There is also a little bit of humor in there too which helps balance the movie out. Overall this is an outstanding summer movie, it takes something that sounds a little silly and can make it feel more serious.
This movie completes a perfect trilogy. A+.
