War Dogs is the tried and true tale of greed and arrogance wrapped up in unique circumstances. So unique that it must be "based on a true story" to be believed. Two stoners (one larger than life played by Jonah Hill who is obsessed with being Scarface and his reasonable but careful foil played solidly by Miles Teller) become arms dealers and fake and lie their way into a multimillion dollar contract with the US Government.
Eventually greed and hubris destroy them both.
