It was certainly a moving film and some scenes are unbelievable and quite painful. It just seemed too positive (despite the terrible stories of the kids preceding the competition) and somehow overlooking the details - fishing more for the overall feel-good message.
Many scenes seemed staged, but some - very clearly spontaneous. I guess it just wasn't intimate (for the most part), and that's what would make it better.
