I created an account solely to express my displeasure with this movie. There was nothing remotely good about Walt - Before Mickey. My first clue should have been the amateurish opening titles that any grade 9 student could do by clicking the 'sketch' filter in PhotoShop.

Cheap and embarrassing. The first scenes where he was pre-occupied with drawing was poorly demonstrated and did not set up an valuable premise going forward. Office scenes with other actors had no blocking, interesting shots or character interaction.

It reminded me of a poorly done community stage production with amateur actors. Technically, the lighting, sound and choice of music were terrible to the point where I actually said "wtf??" out loud.

More than anything this film was a mediocre screenplay steering clear of any controversial aspects of Disney's life, and making the rest of the story incredibly boring. There was nothing whatsoever 'professional' about this film and it should have been scrapped rather than released.

I strongly believe that any positive reviews of this film are fake and most likely created by people who were associated with this production. Sorry, but nobody in their right mind could possibly enjoy this film.

I will be writing to Netflix to voice my displeasure with their lack backing of this horrible production.
