Review of Wall Street (1987) by Crispy S — 14 Sep 2010
Oliver Stone picks at the heart of greed in this taut drama about the insider trading scandals in the 80's. Sheen and Douglas add a couple of their best performances, but at times the movie can feel a little too flashy for it's own good, as the story isn't enough to keep up. But I am looking forward to the 23 year sequel coming out later this year.
I rate this one 82/100.
