Review of Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) by Matt J — 27 Jun 2010
Undoubtedly one of the best movies I have ever seen. It keeps itself fresh while at the same time recycling jokes. This is the movie that John C. Reilly should always look back on as the epitome of his career.
The musical aspect of this movie is the steering wheel and the outrageousness of Dewey's life is the driving force.
This movie could not be any more perfect, plain and simple. One definitely needs to see the directors cut, however. The theatrical version just doesn't do the full feature justice.
