I am a teacher, but it was eye-opening in some ways, especially regarding teacher's unions, but I kind of already knew, and depressing - more than depressing, because the status of education and opportunities and the system are worse than I thought.
But that makes me admire the teachers I know even more! Too many reactions to list...
