Amazing documentary. Truly opens everyones eyes on how twisted the education system is. The rubber room is a disgusting thing that should not be allowed, all kids should have the opportunity to learn without having to go through a lottery.
The system has failed and if there were no unions protecting teachers and their tenure maybe things would change. The lemon dance and rubber rooms are proof of this. Screw tenure and how about doing the job you signed up for.
Expectations needs to be heightened and conditions improved or it will only get worse.
