Review of Waiting for Guffman (1997) by Jonathan S — 16 May 2008
This is Christopher Guest's first of several ensemble, improvised comedy movies. A lot of the humor in it is a lot more subtle than in, say, an Adam Sandler movie, but that's why I like it: it's intelligent humor.
Anyone who's ever been involved in community theatre will get a kick out of this movie, too.
