Review of Wait Until Dark (1967) by Nikhil K — 05 Mar 2008
Roman Holiday is one of my evergreen favorite movies. And Audrey is my favorite actress. This movie is a tour de force from Miss Hepburn. She carries off the role of a blind woman flawlessly. And the last fifteen minutes deliver a edge of the seat experience, when the movie holds true to its title.
As advised my a friend, I saw this movie with the lights turned off, and the curtains drawn, and there were a few times when I literally jumped out of my skin at the creepiness of evil murderous gangsters stalking an innocent but clever blind woman.
