Review of Wait Until Dark (1967) by Ronald S — 16 Mar 2008
Wait Until Dark is THE MOST SUSPENSEFUL MOVIE EVER! Audrey Hepburn gives an outstanding performance as a blind woman. Can you imagine playing a blind person? She plays it so innocently that it's so easy to feel sorry for her.
While watching I always get a knot in my stomach rooting for her, although I know what's going to happen next. Alan Arkin is also fantastic as the creepy villain who wants something inside of Audrey's apartment.
Definitely a watch for all thriller fans.
