Takashi Miike is absolutely insane, and he crosses every line imagineable in this film. In fact, it crosses lines I never new existed, nor imagined anyone else imagining. Except Miike of course. I can't possibly recommend this movie, because if I did you would think I was a disgusting and vile person.
But the sheer audacity and art of this film is beyond reason, and if you're at all curious, check it out. It will burn into your skull forever...but remember, it wasn't me who recommended it.
