Hurrah for Takashi Miike! A modern Japanese take on Pasolini's Teorama, nasty, cute, and funny with a classic Miiki happy ending ... all shot on a dv camera like the holiday movie you hope you never make.
This and the great acting make it up close and uncomfortable, but then if this movie doesn't make you a little uncomfortable you're probably in a secure unit. It's ok to giggle when he gets stuck, it's funny.
